I work hard but I don't get paid every day with rags over my shoulders in the blazing hot sun. I work for Payton Randolph. I was sold to him to be one of 27 others. In my spare time, I would wash clothes, cook, or work in the garden.
 
I slept in this bed when I worked at Payton Randolph's House.

This is the pantry in Payton Randolph's kitchen.
