I work hard but I don't get paid every day
with rags over my shoulders in the blazing hot sun. I work for Payton Randolph.
I was sold to him to be one of 27 others. In my spare time, I would wash clothes,
cook, or work in the garden.

I used this tool often working in the garden,
planting flowers and growing vegetables for meals. When I work in the garden
this is the tool I like to use I got this tool from my master when I first worked
for him.
I worked for Payton Randolph and I always acomplished my work.
