Welcome to Loma Prieta – a high performing TK-8 school district located along the spine of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Our district serves a semi-rural region between Silicon Valley and the Pacific Ocean. We proudly sustain our “mountain schools” with respect to the generations of families who founded the Loma Prieta community while embracing the tools of 21st century learning that will ensure our students are prepared for a rigorous high school and beyond.
