    Dear Loma and CT Families,

    Traffic flow

Thanks so much for making this morning’s drop off run so smoothly.  In case you did not receive my correspondence via ParentLink yesterday, I am sharing it in our newsletter today:

There has been some confusion on the traffic flow on campus as the construction impact has evolved.  Here is a reminder in case you missed it in the newsletter.

The left lane coming up the driveway is ALWAYS a through lane to parking.  This is our fire lane and no stopping is allowed.  Please do not use it as a short cut to drop off at the curb.

The right lane is the drop off and pick up lane for both schools.  The morning line is longer so please give yourself extra time or consider using the bus.  Pull forward to the curb at Loma for ALL students.  Do not drop your students in the parking lot or at the curb coming up the hill.

Please pull all the way forward while waiting in line and at the curb.  Moving as far forward as possible will help a great deal with the back up on Summit Road.

Please slow down on campus and be patient with other drivers.

Student safety is our top priority.

    Thank you.

    Migration

All forward progress welcome; even when it’s uncomfortable.  We are excited to be migrating as a district to a state of the art email system.  Please bear with us.  As with any technology upgrade, there will be hiccups.  If you send a staff member an email and don’t hear back in 24 hours, please resend.  Per our usual process, please don’t make after school arrangements via email.  Call the school secretaries if your end of the day plans change for your child.
