The Loma Prieta School District produces and distributes its own water for use in its facilities and for consumption by the buildings occupants under license #4300721, issued by the State of California's Department of Health Services - Drinking Water Division. Under Section 116470 of the Health and Safety Code, the State of California Department of Health Services requires all community and nontransient, noncommunity water systems to annually prepare a consumer confidence report and mail or deliver a copy of the report to each customer. The report is due to be completed and delivered by July 1st of every year to its customers and a copy to the State District Office. The CCR contains data collected during the previous calendar year. Prior to the 2006 report, hard copies of the report were printed and sent home with students during the last week of school. However in the interest of saving paper we have begun posting the reports online instead. If you would like a hard copy of this report, they are available in the District office during normal business hours.
Re: California Drinking Water Consumer Confidence Report (CCR)
These Consumer Confidence Report are documents prepared to summarize and familiarize you with the drinking water testing requirements and current interpretations of the regulatory requirements that the Loma Prieta Joint Union School District’s drinking water is required to meet during each year of drinking water distribution.
