• The Fab 41 is a small group of people at LPJUSD whose sole aim is to ensure deliberate focus on the 41 developmental assets. The developmental assets were created by Search Institute and are defined as the “supports and strengths that young people need to succeed”.     We evaluate the programs and support systems that we already have in place within our district and strive to find new ways to support all of our students.

    We believe that by keeping our work intentional, we are providing the most positive environment for our students to succeed.

Project Cornerstone Logo

  • Project Cornerstone is an initiative across Santa Clara County school districts focused on supporting the 40 developmental assets, or building blocks, that research has shown all children and young people need to succeed in school and in life. Project Cornerstone programs seek to strengthen families, neighborhoods, communities and schools. The Loma Prieta School District partners with Project Cornerstone to provide training in the developmental assets to students, teachers, parents, and administrators.
