How to Subscribe to Teachers' Websites

  • Part One: Log in


    1. Click on 'Sign in' on the top right of any page on

    2. Enter your User name (“first initial[dot]last name”, example, “j.smith” for John Smith. For those of you with common names, If this doesn’t work, use your “full first name[dot]last name”, example: “john.smith” for John Smith).

    3. Enter your password. This was originally set on September 19, 2014 and was sent to you in an email around 10:30am on that date. If you don’t remember your password, see below.

    4. Skip entering a Password and select “Forgot my Password”

    5. Enter User name again and click on 'Submit"

    6. You will receive an email at the same address that your Wednesday News is sent to with the link to the website to reset your password.


    The first time you sign in, you will have to accept Schoolwires Terms & Conditions. You will also be given a few other choices about learning more about the website.

    Part Two: Subscribe


    1. Once you are logged in, navigate to the home page your student’s teacher/s.

    2. Underneath the “Contact Information” on the home page of each teacher is a “Subscribe” button. Click this button to Subscribe to that teacher’s site. Once you are subscribed, you will receive all emails that the teacher sends to parents regarding updates to their website for homework, field trips, etc.


    You may also “Follow” that teacher’s site. This will add their website content to your personal Dashboard.

    Once you have Subscribed, you don’t need to login to get updates from your teacher. Instead, they will be emailed to you automatically whenever your teacher sends them.
