NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The following public hearings will be held on June 6, 2023, beginning at
5: 30 PM in Room 21 of the Loma Prieta Joint Union School District
located at 23800 Summit Road, Los Gatos, CA 95033.
Public Disclosure of Settlement Agreement with CTALP in
Accordance with AB1200 Fiscal Disclosure
The Board of Trustees will hold a hearing to receive public input regarding the ratification of
a settlement agreement with the California Teachers Association of Loma Prieta and the Loma Prieta School District, and the AB1200 fiscal disclosure associated with the agreement. The Board will consider input and may take action to ratify this agreement during the discussion/action portion of the board meeting.
