LPJUSD Attendance Hotline is Live!

LPJUSD is excited to share that our new attendance hotline is now live! Parents and guardians are now able to report student absences in one place.

To report your student absent please call 408-337-2206.

Select option 1 if you are reporting a student absent at Loma Elementary

Select option 2 if you are reporting a student absent at CT English

Parents can also report their student's absence by email.

When you are reporting a student absence, please state your student's full name, spell your child's last name, your name and relationship to the student, your student's classroom number, and the reason for the absence.

The attendance line will work even during a power outage or when the school phones are not operational. We ask that all parents report student absences daily by 10 AM. Otherwise, families will receive an automatic email, text, and voice message reminder to report the student's absence. Please save the attendance hotline phone number to your phone. Thank you for reporting your child's absences in a timely manner!
