NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPOSAL TO INCREASE DEVELOPER FEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Loma Prieta Joint Union School District will hold a public hearing to consider input from the public on the proposed adoption of a Developer Fee Justification Study and an increase in the statutory school facility fee (“Level I Fee”) on new residential and commercial/industrial development.

The proposed increase in Level I Fees is based on fee levels approved by the State Allocation Board in January 2026. Adoption of the Developer Fee Justification Study and implementation of the increased Level I Fees are necessary to fund the construction and reconstruction of school facilities needed to accommodate students generated by new development.

Public comments may be submitted in writing on or before April 21, 2026, or presented in person at the public hearing to be held on April 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., located at 23800 Summit Road, Los Gatos, California 95033 in Room 21. Materials regarding the Developer Fee Justification Study and Level I Fees are available for public review at the District Office at the above address and online at www.loma.k12.ca.us
