NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The following public hearing will be held on November 4, beginning at 6: 30 PM in Room 21 of the Loma Prieta Joint Union School District located at 23800 Summit Road, Los Gatos, CA 95033.
Public Disclosure of Settlement Agreement with CTA of LP in Accordance with AB1200 Fiscal Disclosure
Public Disclosure of Settlement Agreement with CSEA Chapter #739 in Accordance with AB 1200 Fiscal Disclosure
Public Disclosure of Management, Confidential, Supervisory and Administrative Salary Schedule Adjustment in Accordance with AB1200 Fiscal Disclosure
The Board of Trustees will hold a hearing to receive public input regarding the ratification of a settlement agreement with the California Teachers Association of Loma Prieta and the Loma Prieta School District, and the AB1200 fiscal disclosure associated with the agreement., the Settlement Agreement with the CSEA Chapter 739 AB1200 Fiscal Disclosure, and the Management, Confidential, Supervisory and Administrative AB1200 Fiscal Disclosure. The Board will consider input and may take action to ratify these items during the discussion/action portion of the board meeting.
