Ramadan Mubarak! For Muslims, Ramadan is a time to reflect, gain self-discipline, and build spirituality. Many will observe the tradition of fasting for a month, one of the “five pillars” of Islam, along with the declaration of faith, daily prayers, charity, and pilgrimage to Mecca. Here are some resources with tips on how to support staff and students during Ramadan.

This afternoon, the middle school students watched the Fentanyl High documentary, which is about the teen fentanyl poisoning epidemic. There was a panel with current and former Los Gatos High Students who shared their experiences.


Mrs. Dorn's second grade ducks are reading Flat Stanley in class. They created their own "flat ducks" and mail them around the world to go on adventures.

Loma-Palooza 2024 was a huge success! There was so much talent showcased. From singing and dancing to musical instruments like the drums, piano, and ukulele to a comedy show and a magician. We have such talented students!!











Students love spirit days at CTE! Today is "anything but a backpack day" where students use anything except their backpacks to carry their supplies around. We had shopping carts, wagons, laundry baskets, and many other creative ways to carry their school supplies!






Mrs. Dorn's second graders wrote love letters to their families for Valentine's Day!




The floor is lava in Mrs. Perry's class today! They are celebrating Valentine's Day with a fun volcano/lava classroom transformation to end their ELA unit about Geology.






To all those who celebrate, Happy Lunar New Year. This year is the year of the dragon. We wish all a new year filled with happiness and success.


Congratulations to The Goats (black) for winning this year's Loma Bowl! The Goats (black) and the Cheese Puff Hamsters (orange) played a great game! 🏈🏅
